2008 JV GAME SUMMARIES

| The JV season opener came up a little short, but with several highlights to build on and get ready for Heritage on Tuesday… Thomas Faulkner started the game and the Hawks had to fight through two innings before putting a run on the score board. The Broncos came back strong, and the game went back and forth, with the score tied in the bottom of the fourth. Jacob Beauchamp relieved Faulkner in the 5th. The Broncos and the Hawks each fought hard through the seventh inning with the game still tied 2-2. The Hawks jumped ahead 4-2 and finished with the win. Bronco’s catcher Stephen Neidigh had an outstanding game removing 3 of the Hawks base runners trying to steal second. Leading the Broncos offense attack was Nick Moore going 2 for 3 and Jacob Beauchamp who was 1 for 1 with 1 RBI. | ||||||||||||||||
